CDL-A Local Intermodal Driver - $5,000 Bonus + Home Daily | Minneapolis, MN
Join a dedicated local intermodal account offering $80,000-$85,000 average annual pay, a $5,000 bonus, and home daily. Drivers operate day cabs within a 200-mile radius of St. Paul with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.

Minneapolis, MN - drivers park their tractor/POV at the office.

Pay Details
- $80,000-$85,000 average annual gross
- Approximately $1,538-$1,635 average weekly pay
- $5,000 bonus
- $0.48-$0.53 CPM
- Approximately 1,175 miles per week
- New hires average $1,403/week during their first 3-6 months
- Safety Bonus: up to $1,000/year
- Exception pay plan covering:
- Detention
- Breakdowns
- Rail delays
- Empty moves
- Other qualifying events
- Dedicated local intermodal account
- Home daily
- Operate within a 200-mile radius of St. Paul, MN
- 100% freight on intermodal chassis/containers
- Approximately 50% drop & hook / 50% live
- Approximately 5% reefer/TCI freight
- Uniforms provided
- Hazmat certification optional and reimbursed with proof/receipts
- Monday-Friday
- 3:00 PM start
- Approximately 50 hours per week
- 5 days x 10-hour shifts
- Additional hours may occasionally be required
- Extra workdays available when freight volume allows
- Home daily
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of truck driving experience
- Must be comfortable with local intermodal operations
- Must be willing to work a 3:00 PM start
- Must be able to work approximately 50 hours per week
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Automatic day cabs, mostly Freightliner
- Average fleet age approximately 2.5 years
- Safety technology
- Slip-seat operation may be required based on start time
- Tractors/POVs parked at the office
- 6 paid major holidays after 90 days
- PTO accrual beginning on day one
- $5,000 bonus
- Safety Bonus up to $1,000/year
- No-smoking policy inside trucks
