CDL-A Local Grocery Delivery Driver | KROGER - Monroe, OH
Earn an average of $1,200 per week, with top drivers earning $1,500+ weekly, on a dedicated local grocery account based in the Monroe, Ohio hiring area. Enjoy daily home time, two days off per week, experience-based mileage pay, and additional pay for stops, unloads, and backhauls.

Pay Details
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,200
- Top Weekly Pay: $1,500+
- Mileage Pay Based on Experience:
- 0 months: $0.56 CPM
- 6 months: $0.57 CPM
- 1 year: $0.58 CPM
- 2 years: $0.59 CPM
- 3 years: $0.60 CPM
- 4 years: $0.61 CPM
- 5+ years: $0.62 CPM
- $20 per stop
- $37 per unload
- $20 per backhaul
- $25 per pallet restack
- Recovery mileage pay
- Trainee ride-along: $100 per day for 1-2 days
- Trainer pay: Additional $50 per day on top of route pay
- Dedicated local grocery delivery account
- Starting area: Monroe, OH 45044
- Delivery territory includes Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, primarily Ohio
- Dry van and reefer freight
- Approximately 1,000-1,500 miles per week
- Average of 3-5 loads and 5-7 stops per day
- Approximately 70% drop-and-hook and 30% driver-unload freight
- Driver unloads using an electric pallet jack and may move between locations
- Slip-seat day cabs
- Home daily
- Two days off per week; weekend days off are not guaranteed
- Start times around 11:00 AM-12:00 PM
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and the preceding week as required by the account
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Must live within the Monroe, OH 45044 hiring area
- Must be flexible with dry van and reefer freight
- Must be able and willing to unload freight using an electric pallet jack
- 24/7 support
- Vacation accrual:
- 1 week after 1 year
- 2 weeks after 3 years
- 3 weeks after 7 years
- 4 weeks after 15 years
