CDL-A Local Grocery Driver $95K + $10K Bonus
Get home daily on a dedicated frozen grocery account with a consistent Sunday-Thursday schedule, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM start window, and approximately $95,000 average annual pay plus a $10,000 bonus.

Get home daily on a dedicated frozen grocery account with a consistent Sunday-Thursday schedule, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM start window, and approximately $95,000 average annual pay plus a $10,000 bonus.
Main Yard / Starting Location
- Westfield, MA
- Local routes operate within a 250-mile radius
- Drivers must have personal transportation to and from work
- Trucks cannot be taken home
- $95,000 average annual pay
- Approximately $1,850 average weekly pay
- $10,000 bonus
- $0.50-$0.54 CPM
- Approximately 1,865 miles per week
- Dedicated frozen grocery account
- Deliver fresh and frozen groceries using 46'-53' reefer trailers
- Multi-stop deliveries
- Approximately 31 stops per week
- Driver-assist unloading using automatic or manual pallet jacks
- Occasional returns and backhauls
- Routes throughout MA, CT, NJ, VT, RI, and NH
- May support other local accounts as needed
- Slip-seat operation
- Home daily
- Sunday-Thursday
- 10:00 AM-2:00 PM start times
- 12-14 hour shifts
- Occasional layovers with hotel provided
- Drivers should expect to work all holidays
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- Comfortable with driver-assist unloading
- Able to operate a pallet jack
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Automatic daycabs
- Reefer trailers

- Uniforms provided
- No take-home trucks
