Pay Details
- Average Annual Pay: $89,000-$99,000
- Mileage Pay: $0.52-$0.57 per mile
- $10,000 Bonus
- Approximately 1,565 miles per week
- Hazmat endorsement expense reimbursement: $60 total, including threat assessment and fingerprinting, with receipts required
- Local intermodal freight
- Pull freight into and out of two rail yards in Harrisburg, PA
- Approximately 2-5 loads per day
- Priority loading and unloading at rail yards
- Operate within a 250-mile radius
- Slip-seat operation
- Tractors remain at the terminal when drivers are off duty
- Home daily
- Tuesday-Saturday schedule
- Start times between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM; applicants must be willing to work any of these start times
- Preferred shifts may become available based on tenure and seniority
- Thanksgiving and New Year's Day may be workdays; Christmas Day is off
- Six paid holidays
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable truck driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Must be willing to obtain a Hazmat endorsement within 60 days of hire
- Must be able to drive manual and automatic trucks unless restricted to automatic transmission
- Mix of manual and automatic trucks
- Average truck age of approximately 2 years
- On-site maintenance support
- Medical coverage after 30 days
