CDL-A Semi-Local Support Driver - Good Pay + $5K Bonus
Earn $100,000 per year with a $5,000 bonus while supporting multiple dedicated accounts throughout the Midwest. This flexible Monday-Friday position offers an average of 2-3 days of home time per week, online orientation, and a $385 daily rate.

Pay Details
- Average Weekly Pay: Approximately $1,950
- Bonus: $5,000
- Daily Rate: $385
- Miles/Week: Approximately 2,000
- PTO accrual begins immediately:
- 1.5 hours per week initially
- 2.3 hours per week after 6 years
- 3 hours per week after 19 years
- Support multiple dedicated accounts throughout the Midwest.
- Work may include both local and semi-local assignments.
- Perform touch and no-touch freight operations based on the account being covered.
- Duties may include tailgating, liftgate work, and using electric or manual pallet jacks.
- Start and end at the closest available yard, or take the truck and trailer home when an approved safe parking location is available.
- Maintain a professional appearance and strong customer service standards.
- Steel-toe boots are required; boots may be provided or reimbursed by the account.
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Optional additional Saturday shift
- Generally starts between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM
- Start time may be flexible depending on the assignment
- Approximately 11-13-hour shifts
- Average home time of 2-3 days per week
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- DOT Medical Card
- Clean driving record
- No SAP drivers
- Flexibility to work with multiple dedicated accounts
- Ability to perform both touch and no-touch freight duties
- Ability to use pallet jacks and liftgate equipment
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Steel-toe boots required
- Online orientation from home
- Local and semi-local assignments
- Truck and trailer may be taken home with approved safe parking
- Steel-toe boot reimbursement or account-provided boots
- PTO accrual beginning immediately
