Join a dedicated refrigerated team account with a consistent schedule and strong earning potential. Teams average $2,150 per week and run no-touch refrigerated freight from California to major distribution centers across the Midwest, East Coast and Southeast.

- Gilroy, CA
- Drivers must live within 100 miles of Gilroy, CA or Colton, CA
- Southern California drivers must have reliable personal transportation to/from the Colton, CA terminal
- $2,150 average weekly team pay
- $110,552 average annualized
- $2,300 top weekly
- $118,040 top annualized
- Mileage-based pay
- Split team pay
- Safe & On-Time Bonus up to 3% of mileage pay
- Dedicated refrigerated team account
- No-touch freight
- Live load and live unload
- Pick up refrigerated freight in Gilroy, CA
- Deliver to distribution centers in:
- IL
- MI
- OH
- NJ
- MA
- GA
- FL
- Return loads back to California
- Consistent dedicated routes
- Home every other week
- Consistent schedule
- Long-haul team operation
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- Must have a qualified driving partner/team
- Must live within 100 miles of Gilroy, CA or Colton, CA
- Southern California drivers must have reliable transportation to/from the Colton terminal
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Comfortable with refrigerated freight and live loading/unloading
- Company-provided tandem-axle sleeper trucks
- Automatic transmissions
- 53' refrigerated trailers
