Join a dedicated dry van account offering approximately $1,800 average weekly pay, weekly home time, and a $100 weekly performance bonus for qualifying drivers. This position involves floor-loaded freight and roller deliveries between Virginia locations.

Main Yard / Starting Location
- Chesapeake, VA
- Freight primarily operates between Chesapeake and Richmond, VA
- Drivers can take equipment home when approved and parked safely
- $1,800 average weekly pay
- $93,600 average annualized pay
- $0.90 CPM
- $100 per week availability/safety bonus
- Must be available for 5 days per week
- Must maintain safe driving with no accidents, incidents, or HOS violations
- $20 stop pay
- $40 short-load pay for loads under 51 miles
- $240 load pay
- Dedicated dry van freight
- Floor-loaded and roller deliveries
- Approximately 1,000 miles per week
- Deliveries primarily between Chesapeake and Richmond
- Live unload
- Drivers use rollers, racks, and load bars
- Occasional Saturday deliveries
- Occasional overnight trips
- Weekly home time
- Weekend/reset at home
- Both day and night operations
- Drivers may leave the day before for an early-morning delivery
- Occasional Saturday work
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience preferred
- Trainees may be considered
- Comfortable with floor-loaded freight and roller deliveries
- Able to safely secure freight
- Clean driving record
