CDL-A Semi-Local Freight Driver - Good Pay + $5K Bonus | Home Weekly
Earn an average of $92,000 per year hauling general freight throughout the Midwest. This dedicated semi-local position offers assigned automatic sleepers, consistent miles, and home time during the week plus a 34-hour reset.

Pay Details
- Average Annual Pay: $92,000
- Average Weekly Pay: Approximately $1,800
- Hiring Bonus: $5,000
- Limited-Time Incentive: Drivers hired on or before September 18 receive:
- $1,000 after their first dispatch
- $1,500 after 30 days of employment
- Haul general freight from Bensenville, IL to customer sites in Illinois, Minnesota, Michigan, and Ohio.
- All freight is no-touch.
- Loads are live-loaded and live-unloaded, typically taking approximately 1 hour.
- Drivers may assist nearby dedicated accounts when freight volume is low.
- Trucks are assigned, with no slip seating.
- Uniforms are provided through the account's uniform program.
- Thursday-Monday
- Start time: approximately 8:00-10:00 PM
- Home 1-2 nights per week, plus a 34-hour reset
- Holiday work is expected unless the holiday falls on a scheduled day off
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- DOT Medical Card
- No SAP Drivers
- Ability to complete live-load and live-unload operations
- Willingness to assist nearby accounts as needed
- Ability to operate safely and legally at all times
- Automatic sleeper trucks
- Assigned equipment-no slip seating
- Trucks must remain at the account during time off
- Temporary truck parking location: Wood Dale, IL
- Account-provided uniforms
