CDL-A Semi-Local Grocery Driver - Good Pay + $5K Bonus
Earn an average of $87,672 per year hauling palletized grocery freight throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. This dedicated account offers consistent routes, additional stop pay, yearly CPM increases, and the opportunity to work a sixth day.

Pay Details
- Average Weekly Pay: Approximately $1,700
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
- Miles/Week: Approximately 2,400
- No-touch stop pay: $30 per stop
- Average of 4 per week
- Driver assist pay: $45 per stop
- Average of 6 per week
- Yearly $0.01 CPM increases until reaching a maximum of $0.58 CPM
- New-hire training averages 2 weeks
- Haul palletized groceries in dry van and reefer trailers.
- Deliver freight from the Sumner/Tacoma distribution area to customers in WA, OR, and ID.
- Approximately 75% driver-assist stops and 25% customer live unload or drop-and-hook.
- Driver-assist deliveries require using an electric pallet jack to tailgate freight or positioning freight for forklift unloading.
- Assist other dedicated accounts as needed.
- Chain equipment as weather conditions require.
- Sunday-Thursday schedule
- Start time between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM
- Approximately 12-hour workdays
- Average of 2-3 layovers per week
- Optional sixth workday available
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- DOT Medical Card
- Clean driving record
- No SAP drivers
- Ability to perform driver-assist unloading with an electric pallet jack
- Willingness and ability to chain as weather dictates
- Flexibility to support other dedicated accounts
- Automatic sleeper trucks
- Dry van and reefer trailers
- Slip seating required
- Trucks must remain at the account during time off
- Dedicated freight and consistent regional routes
