How You'll Make a Difference

As a CDL Class A Driver, you'll be one of the people our customers rely on most. You'll safely haul heavy equipment throughout the North Texas area, making an average of 6-7 deliveries and pickups each day.

This is more than getting equipment from point A to point B. You'll represent SitePro at every job site, help customers operate equipment safely, and make sure each delivery is handled the right way-from securement to paperwork to the final handshake.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver safely and reliably. Operate a rollback truck and, at times, a 53-foot truck and trailer to transport heavy equipment throughout Aubrey, Denton, Decatur, Frisco, Lewisville, Prosper, Celina, and surrounding areas.
  • Own the load from start to finish. Safely load, secure, transport, and unload equipment in accordance with SitePro and DOT standards while completing required inspections and documentation.
  • Take care of our customers and equipment. Provide friendly, helpful service, explain safe equipment operation, perform basic equipment checks or minor maintenance, and keep your truck and trailer clean and ready to work.
  • Put safety and teamwork first. Complete daily vehicle inspections, maintain required certifications, participate in safety meetings, and stay flexible when schedules and customer needs change.

What You'll Bring
  • A valid Class A CDL, high school diploma or GED, and a strong driving and safety record.
  • At least 1 year of equipment hauling experience or 3 years of commercial driving experience, with the ability and confidence to operate heavy equipment.
  • A customer-first mindset, solid communication skills, and the ability to think on your feet and adapt when the day's plan changes.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that may vary based on business and customer needs, including occasional on-call coverage. You must also be able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform the physical demands of the role.

Why You'll Love Working With Us
  • A team that has your back. Enjoy an easy-going atmosphere, strong camaraderie, and coworkers who step up for each other.
  • Work you can take pride in. Your experience matters, your safety comes first, and your work helps keep our customers moving.
  • A place built on good people. Join a hardworking team that values integrity, reliability, and doing the job right.
