CDL A Drivers

We are a growing transportation company based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan, currently hiring experienced CDL-A Over-the-Road (OTR) Drivers. With operations across all 48 states, we offer consistent freight, flexible pay options, and a driver-first approach designed for long-term success.

Since 2008, we’ve built our business on reliability, strong customer relationships, and a commitment to keeping our drivers moving and earning.

Drivers primarily haul dry van freight, with approximately 70% of loads preloaded, helping reduce downtime and increase efficiency. Routes are planned individually based on your preferred lanes, giving you flexibility and control over where you run.

We offer both mileage-based pay and percentage pay options, allowing drivers to choose the structure that works best for their income goals. For those interested in ownership, we also provide a lease-to-purchase program.

Drivers average 2,500 to 3,500 miles per week and operate late-model 2024–2026 Volvo semi-trucks. There is no forced dispatch, giving you the freedom to run your business your way.
