Benefits
- Pay: $20.00/hour training pay. $240 per day ($1,200/week earning potential) once training is completed

Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment including Excavators, loaders, skid steers, trailers, and medium duty trucks for excavation tasks
- Perform digging operations to prepare sites for construction, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate excavation efforts and maintain a safe work environment
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols on the construction site to minimize risks
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and job progress
- Adhere to DOT regulations at all times
Experience
- CDL A required
- Previous experience with Septic Systems is mandatory
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly in underground excavation
- Mechanical knowledge related to the maintenance and repair of heavy machinery is a plus
- Previous experience working on construction sites is essential, with a focus on teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to operate tanker trucks is advantageous but not mandatory
