Compensation
$25 - $27 per hour

What We Offer
- Competitive Pay: $25-$27 per hour depending on experience
- Structured Retention Bonuses:
- $1,000 after 6 months
- $1,000 after 1 year
- $1,000 after 2 years
- $1,000 after 3 years
- Consistent Schedule: Monday-Friday work week
- Steady Hours: Typically 40-45 hours per week

- Represent Simonson Lumber with professionalism and strong customer service
- Valid CDL Class B license (no restrictions)
- Current medical card (or ability to obtain one)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and stay organized throughout the day
- Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
- Comfortable with physical work as part of daily responsibilities
- Long-standing reputation in the Fargo community
