What We Offer
- Competitive Pay: $26-$28 per hour based on experience
- Structured Retention Bonuses:
- $1,000 after 6 months
- $1,000 after 1 year
- $1,000 after 2 years

- Consistent Schedule: Monday-Friday

- Steady Hours: Typically 40-45 hours per week

- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials to job sites
- Operate a forklift in the yard and at delivery locations
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, including occasional heavy lifting
- Provide professional, dependable service as a representative of Simonson Lumber
- Valid CDL Class A license (no restrictions)
- Current medical card (or ability to obtain one)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with physical aspects of the job
