Physical Requirements
Pay Details & Schedule
- Average Annual Pay: $82,000
- Average Weekly Pay: Approximately $1,600
- Hourly pay, with averages based on approximately 50 hours per week
- Non-peak season averages around 40 hours per week, typically from late December through February
- $2,000 bonus
- Monday-Saturday schedule; some weeks may require only 5 workdays
- Start times between 2:30 AM and 5:00 AM
- Average shifts of 10-11 hours
- Dedicated local final-mile retail delivery account
- Routes within approximately 250 miles of Salt Lake City
- Typically 2-4 stops per day on predetermined weekly routes
- Outbound freight is preloaded
- Hand unload boxes onto conveyor or roller ramps at delivery locations
- Use a pallet jack occasionally to move palletized freight onto store docks
- Occasional warehouse work required
- Rare coverage trips to Idaho or Montana may be needed
- Reporting location: Fulfillment center at 1760 N. 2200 West, Suite 30, Salt Lake City, UT 84116
Physical Requirements
- Labor-intensive and physically demanding work
- Freight is stacked floor to ceiling
- Approximately 50-300 boxes per stop and 500-700 boxes per trailer
- Boxes weigh approximately 2-80 lbs., with most weighing 30-60 lbs.
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of truck driving experience
- Reliable transportation to and from the fulfillment center
- Must be able to perform frequent physical unloading and handle heavy boxes
- Smoking is not allowed in the truck
- Must wear the required company uniform and steel-toe boots or shoes
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Additional qualifications may apply
