CDL-A Local Driver | Kroger - Monroe, OH
Earn an average of $1,200 per week, with top weekly pay of $1,500+, in this dedicated local trucking position based in the Monroe, Ohio (45044) hiring area. Haul dry and refrigerated grocery freight, get home daily, and earn additional pay for stops, unloads, backhauls, and other qualifying work.

Pay Details & Schedule
Experience-Based Mileage Pay
Earn an average of $1,200 per week, with top weekly pay of $1,500+, in this dedicated local trucking position based in the Monroe, Ohio (45044) hiring area. Haul dry and refrigerated grocery freight, get home daily, and earn additional pay for stops, unloads, backhauls, and other qualifying work.

Pay Details & Schedule
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,200
- Top Weekly Pay: $1,500+
- Mileage Pay: $0.56-$0.62 CPM, based on experience
- Additional Pay:
- $20 per stop
- $37 per unload
- $20 per backhaul
- $25 per pallet restack
- Recovery mileage pay
- Trainee ride-along: 1-2 days at $100 per day
- Trainer pay: Additional $50 per day on top of route pay
- Home daily
- Two days off per week; weekends off are not guaranteed
- Start times around 11 AM-noon
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience-Based Mileage Pay
- 0 months of experience: $0.56 CPM
- 6 months: $0.57 CPM
- 1 year: $0.58 CPM
- 2 years: $0.59 CPM
- 3 years: $0.60 CPM
- 4 years: $0.61 CPM
- 5+ years: $0.62 CPM
- Dedicated local grocery freight
- Dry van and refrigerated loads
- Approximately 1,000-1,500 miles per week
- Typically 3-5 loads and 5-7 stops per day
- 70% drop-and-hook freight; 30% driver unload
- Unload freight using an electric pallet jack
- Routes primarily in Ohio, with runs in Indiana and Kentucky
- Slip-seat day-cab equipment
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Must live within the Monroe, OH 45044 hiring area
- Must be able to unload freight using an electric pallet jack
- Must be available for the account's required evening, weekend, and holiday schedule
- 24/7 support
