Pay Details & Schedule
Sign-On Bonus Payout: $250 on the first load, $250 at 30 days, $500 at 60 days, $1,000 at 90 days, $500 at 120 days, $500 at 150 days, and $1,000 at 180 days. Drivers must remain active company drivers at payout milestones.

- Annual Pay: $83,000-$104,000+
- Mileage Pay: $0.66-$0.76 CPM, based on experience
- Stop Pay: $20 per stop
- Minimum Mileage Band Pay: $50-$80, based on mileage
- Sign-On Bonus: $4,000, paid in stages through day 180
- Home daily; five days on and two days off weekly
- Consistent days off; weekends off unavailable
- 11-14-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Dedicated local grocery freight
- Dry and refrigerated loads
- No-touch freight with live unloads
- Approximately 1,600-1,700 miles per week
- Routes through Virginia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia
- Newer slip-seat day-cab trucks
- 24/7 on-site support
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Reliable personal transportation to the Gordonsville distribution center
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Vacation: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 3 years, 3 weeks after 7 years, and 4 weeks after 15 years
