Class A CDL Driver - Home Daily - $80K-$90K - San Francisco
Location: Richmond, CA
Customer: Whole Foods
Home Time: Home Daily
Average Annual Pay: $80,000-$90,000
Pay Rate: $33.50 per hour + overtime
Schedule: 5 days per week
Ruan is hiring local Class A CDL truck drivers in San Francisco California to haul grocery products for a dedicated Whole Foods account. Drivers will make multi-stop deliveries and unload using an electric pallet jack.
This is a union operation with schedules awarded based on seniority.

Pay

- Overtime after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week
- Guaranteed 40-hour workweek
- Paid weekly
- Home daily
- 5-day workweek
- Average 8-12 hour shifts
- Current opening is a PM shift
- Weekends required
- Schedules are subject to union bidding and may change at rebid time based on seniority
- Drive a late-model day cab
- Pull refrigerated trailers
- Make multi-stop grocery deliveries
- Unload product using an electric pallet jack
- Snow chains may be required for mountain routes
- Snow chaining experience is required for drivers operating Reno and Tahoe routes year-round
- Must be at least 22 years old
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 9 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
- Must meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Must create a profile with the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse before hire
- Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to understand highway signs and safety instructions, respond to official inquiries, communicate with the public, and complete required reports and records
