BUS DRIVER
HUMAN RELATIONS INVOLVEMENT: A bus driver must: 1) understand and interpret written and oral communications and instructions; 2) cooperate with school system personnel, parents, students, and other motor vehicle operators.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The bus driver must: 1) possess a high school diploma or GED; 2) be a minimum of 21 years of age; 3) a valid class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement, passenger endorsement and school bus endorsement; 4) pass a yearly DOT physical examination from a certified medical examiner who is listed on the FMCSA National Registry 5) pass criminal history check; and 6) pass random alcohol and drug testings.
