Top Pay: $95,000 to $115,000 annual earning potential.
Home Time: Most regional drivers can expect to be out 3-4 weeks+ with flexible home time options. Specific schedules may vary by location.
Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 sign-on bonus + $3,000 driver referral bonus.
Great Equipment: Late-model Kenworth trucks (fridge, inverter, EPU included). Take your truck home in most locations!
Easy Hauling: 100% no-touch refrigerated freight on dedicated accounts with repeat lanes.
No Forced Northeast/West Coast: Strictly NO NYC, Boston, California, or Canada routes.

Fast-Track Orientation:

Requirements:

License: Valid Class A CDL.
Experience: At least 18 months of commercial driving experience (exceptions may apply).
Age: At least 23 years old.
Work History: No more than 3 employers in the last 12 months.
Mindset: A safety-first approach and professional attitude.
