State Utility Contractors, Inc., a leading utility contractor in the Southeast, is seeking full-time CDL Class A Flatbed and Dump Truck Drivers to support our pipeline construction crews.
Applicants must be experienced and comfortable driving trucks with a manual transmission.

State Utility Contractors, Inc., a leading utility contractor in the Southeast, is seeking full-time CDL Class A Flatbed and Dump Truck Drivers to support our pipeline construction crews.
Applicants must be experienced and comfortable driving trucks with a manual transmission.
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections
- Safely operate flatbed and dump trucks, including manual-transmission vehicles
- Follow all DOT requirements, traffic laws, and company safety policies
- Haul construction materials, equipment, pipe, and supplies to and from job sites
- Assist construction crews when trucks are not actively being used
- Maintain assigned trucks and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Work as part of a team and assist wherever needed on the job site
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license required
- Must be able to operate a manual-transmission commercial truck
- Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience preferred
- Flatbed and/or dump truck experience preferred
- Construction or heavy civil experience is a plus
- Must have a strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Must have an acceptable driving record
