What You'll Do

• Assist in the installation of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, and other heat-weldable membranes
• Support the roofing crew with material handling, tear-offs, clean-up, and equipment setup
• Learn safe and effective use of roofing tools, equipment, and safety systems on active job sites
• Follow direction from crew leaders and foremen to complete daily tasks efficiently and safely
• Participate in job site setup, staging, and final cleanup to maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Receive hands-on training in commercial roofing practices with opportunities for rapid advancement
• Represent Superior Services R.S.H., Inc. with professionalism, teamwork, and a strong work ethic

What You Bring

• A strong desire to learn a skilled trade and grow within the commercial roofing industry
• Construction, roofing, or general trades experience preferred (but not required)
• Familiarity with heat-weldable membranes or heavy equipment is a plus
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
• Valid driver's license preferred (Chauffeur or CDL license a plus)
• Reliable, hardworking attitude with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement
• A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to take direction and learn from experienced crew members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16 to $20 an hour

Schedule: Day Shift, Weekends as needed

Work Location: On the Road, Based out of our Lansing, MI headquarters
