OTR | 2-3 weeks out | Established Team | 100% food-grade reefer
Position Overview:
We are seeking one Team Drivers to run OTR routes, primarily in the North East. This role allows drivers to earn competitive pay, safety bonuses, and ESOP benefits while driving 2024+ Freightliners. Drivers will attend a one-day one-on-one orientation in Warrendale, PA, with transportation provided.

Position Overview:
We are seeking one Team Drivers to run OTR routes, primarily in the North East. This role allows drivers to earn competitive pay, safety bonuses, and ESOP benefits while driving 2024+ Freightliners. Drivers will attend a one-day one-on-one orientation in Warrendale, PA, with transportation provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate 2024 or newer Freightliners (automatic or manual) safely and efficiently
- Drive day and night OTR routes in the North East
- Maintain compliance with all DOT and company regulations
- Record hours of service and manage trip documentation accurately
- Participate in safety programs and maintain high driving standards
Team Requirements:
- First driver: 3+ years experience
- Second driver: 6+ months experience
- Ability to drive 2-3 weeks out with 1 week home
Qualifications:
- Must be 23 years of age or older
- Valid CDL A and Med card
- 3 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
- 3 or fewer accidents in the last 3 years
- No DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years
- No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, speeding 15+ mph over)
- No disqualifying criminal history (violent or sexual offences, recent theft or drug convictions)
- Must pass drug and alcohol screening
- Physically capable of performing job duties
