Attendance matters: This role directly impacts customer delivery schedules. We depend on you being here every scheduled day, on time, and ready to work.
Strict security protocols: Personal mobile devices must be locked up during shifts (available only on breaks and in designated areas). Unless device is supplied by the company.
Warehouse environment: Although this is a driving role, you will work in a warehouse/manufacturing setting with exposure to heat, humidity, dust, and noise. This is hands-on, active work. We have a clean warehouse and are compliant with OSHA, Federal, and State regulations.

About this Role
Drive box truck to/from customers to deliver/pick up parts. This role represents our company well to our customers. Performs in-plant operations utilizing forklift such as loading and unloading trucks, moving raw and finished product to and from production areas, and places items in designated areas in the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
Class B License with DMV health card
Follow DOT regulations
Clean driving record
Strong directional sense or working knowledge of the local area highway system
Customer service type attitude representing the company to our customers
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
1 year shipping and receiving experience
Forklift certification a plus
Good organizational skills and the ability to follow multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication skills. This is a customer service position
Ability to maintain a regular and reliable attendance record
Consistent legible writing skills
Basic typing and computer skills helpful
Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language
Ability to lift and move 1-50 lbs as needed
Ability to interact with customers, co-workers and supervisors in a cooperative manner
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain daily inspection log for company truck.
Make sure necessary repairs and preventative maintenance are promptly scheduled.
Provide feedback on route efficiency, and any customer issues or complaints.
Ensure that POD is secured and returned to plant on all delivered products.
Represent the organization in a courteous, professional, and presentable manner at all times. This position has a high degree of customer contact.
Assist in shipping and receiving department when not on the truck.
May Pick up unfinished work at our customers and/or deliver finished work to our customers.
