CDL - Commercial Driver Shuttle - Nights

JOB SUMMARY

The Commercial Driver safely transports employees, patients, visitors, students, and physicians between TGH and remote parking lots or facilities. Includes both routine and special event requests using several types and sizes of shuttles, vans, and trucks. Shuttle drivers are responsible for maintaining paperwork as specified by management and turning it into the supervisor in a timely manner. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital.

Shift differentials: Evenings 3p-11p is 15%, Nights 7p-7a is 19%, and any weekend shifts is an additional 5%.

• Six (6) months' experience in the operation of large motor vehicle equipment, including trucks and/or buses.
• A current Commercial Driver's License (passenger endorsement required for Shuttle), with less than seven (7) points; depending on the type of infraction, this can be up to the discretion of management.
• Must also possess current Department of Transportation medical certificate.
