Opportunity Highlights
- Location: Berlin, CT
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, regional route. Some Saturday work for extra overtime
- 40-55 hours/week, overtime over 40
- Paid weekly
- $6,000 annual safety incentive
- $30-$35 per hour per experience
What will you do? Make an impact!
As a CDL Class A Driver, you'll transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials in compliance with DOT regulations while working in a safety-first environment. This is a great opportunity for experienced drivers seeking steady work, competitive pay, and a strong safety culture.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste to designated locations
- Complete required paperwork and inspections before and after each trip
- Operate various types of equipment related to material handling and transport
- Maintain compliance with all DOT and company safety protocols
- Support team operations with flexibility and professionalism
- Other duties as assigned
Do you have what it takes?
- Valid Class A CDL
- Hazmat and tanker endorsements highly preferred, must be willing to obtain
- Manual transmission experience required
- Strong safety record and clean driving history
- Physically able to perform job tasks and wear required PPE
- Able to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
- Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime and occasional overnights
