Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Worker — $22/Hour + $250 Quarterly Attendance Bonus

Location: Chatham, Massachusetts

About the Position

TransForce is seeking a dependable Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Worker to support local operations for our client in Chatham, Massachusetts. This on-site position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to join a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $22 per hour
Overtime: Overtime available after 40 hours
Attendance Bonus: $250 quarterly
Schedule: Monday through Saturday
Days Off: Tuesday and Sunday
Start Time: 6:00 a.m.
Daily Schedule: 8–10 hours per day
Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Details

Route Type: Local
Freight: Seafood delivered to hotels and restaurants
Equipment: Refrigerated box truck
Handling: Pallet jack deliveries and warehouse work
Work Setting: On-site and dedicated

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a refrigerated box truck on local routes.
Transport seafood in accordance with applicable DOT and company safety standards.
Make deliveries to hotels and restaurants.
Use a pallet jack to complete deliveries.
Maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork.
Complete warehouse work after deliveries are finished.
Meet the physical demands of the position.

Minimum Requirements

Valid driver’s license; no commercial driver’s license required.
1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable box truck driving experience.
Box truck equipment experience.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
