CDL A Delivery Driver – Heavy Touch

Pay: $27.25 per hour

About the Position

Our client is seeking a CDL A Delivery Driver to transport milk and dairy products to grocery stores, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, convenience stores, and other locations throughout the region. This is a local, heavy-touch delivery position requiring product unloading at each stop.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay rate: $27.25 per hour
• Sign-on bonus: $2,000, paid in three installments
• Overtime available after 40 hours
• Schedule: Monday through Saturday, with one weekday off
• Start time: Between 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
• Typical workday: 8–10 hours
• Hours per week: 40
• Employment type: Temp-to-perm

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL A vehicle on local delivery routes
• Deliver milk and dairy products to designated locations
• Unload products using a hand truck or electric pallet jack
• Complete deliveries accurately and professionally
• Maintain a clean and safe driving record
• Follow all applicable DOT and FMCSA regulations

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
