CDL A Delivery Driver | $28/hr | Carol Stream, IL

TransForce is seeking CDL A Drivers to support Local operations based in Carol Stream, IL. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL A Delivery Driver Details

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6 am - 6 pm, home daily, no weekends!
Pay: $28/hour plus OT after 40 (weekdays only) $1,100 - $1,200 Estimated weekly pay
Route Type: Local
Freight / Load Type: Hauling paper products
Equipment: Automatic transmission
Handling: Light touch

CDL A Delivery Driver Minimum Requirements:

License: CDL A
Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

Safely operate equipment on local routes
Transport paper products in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
Perform required handling tasks, including live loads and unloads (light touch)
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
Meet the physical demands of the role
