CDL A Driver | $23/hr | Greenville, SC

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support Local operations based in Greenville, SC. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL A Driver Details

• Schedule: Mon - Fri, 5 am - 5.30 pm, home daily
• Pay: $23/hr ($1,100 weekly estimated pay)
• Route Type: Local
• Freight / Load Type: Delivering packaging supplies to NC, SC, and GA, multi-stop deliveries
• Equipment: Tractor-Trailer, 53 ft
• Handling: Occasional touch freight (assisting customers with unloading)

CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements: 

• License: CDL A
• Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Driver Responsibilities: 

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer on local routes
• Transport packaging products in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Perform required handling tasks, including occasional unloading, to assist customers
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role as needed
