About the Position

Our client is seeking a qualified CDL A Driver for a local, home-daily position in Columbus, Ohio. This night shift opportunity offers competitive hourly pay, no-touch freight, and consistent local routes.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $27-$29 per hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Employment Type: Temp to Perm
• Start Date: June 22, 2026

Job Details

• Route Type: Local

• Freight: Bulk agriculture
• Stops: Typically 10-12 stops within a 50-mile radius
• Handling: No-touch freight with drop-and-hook operations
• Equipment: Automatic transmission

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL A commercial vehicle on local routes
• Transport bulk agricultural freight to designated locations
• Complete approximately 10-12 stops within a 50-mile radius
• Perform drop-and-hook operations
• Maintain compliance with applicable safety and transportation regulations

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A
• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
