CDL A Driver - No Touch - $24 Per Hour

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Chesterfield, MI.

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Details: 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, occasional Saturday, 11am Start time 8-10 hours per day

• Pay:  $24 Per hour + OT after 40

• Route Type: Local Chesterfield to Mason approximately 2 runs per day

• Freight / Load Type: Corrugated freight, Drop & Hook

• Equipment: Manual Transmission

• Handling: No touch freight

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A

• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: NO Auto Restrictions

• Equipment Experience: Manual Transmission experience

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 

• Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks 

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
