Class A CDL Driver – $31.34/HR & $6.16 H&W, Total hourly compensation: $37.50/HR | Eagan, MN

We are hiring Class A CDL drivers in Eagan, Minnesota. This is a home-daily, touch-freight position running from August 31 through September 12, 2026, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Pay Information:

• Base pay: $31.34 per hour
• Health and welfare benefit: $6.16 per hour
• Total hourly compensation: $37.50 per hour

Route and Load Details:

• Home daily
• Operate Class A equipment on mail routes
• Transport time-sensitive mail
• Touch freight required
• Assist with direct-ingestion processes and yard operations
• Follow all safety, security, and yard-compliance procedures

Schedule:

• Start times vary between 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
• Drivers must be flexible with schedules, routes, and last-minute operational changes during the startup period

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Complete assigned routes safely, accurately, and on time
• Load, unload, and handle mail as required
• Support startup execution, go-live, and operational stabilization
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery records
• Report delays, equipment problems, and operational concerns
• Follow all DOT and company procedures

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum of nine months of recent and verifiable Class A driving experience
• Must meet all DOT and company qualification requirements
• Ability to perform touch-freight duties
• Must be flexible with workdays, start times, routes, and assignments
• Previous mail route experience is preferred
