CDL A Local Driver - $35 Per Hour - No Touch

We are currently seeking an experienced CDL A Driver for our client in South Chesterfield, Virginia. This position offers a pay rate of $35 per hour, with overtime paid after 40 hours. This is a no-touch freight position with a Monday-Friday schedule and a 5:00 AM start time.

This is a temporary coverage opportunity for August 31 through September 4, 2026.

About the Position

The CDL A Driver will pick up a tractor from the Richmond, VA shop and travel to the VDC in Colonial Heights, VA to pick up pre-loaded boxes. The driver will then transport the boxes to Fredericksburg, VA for an 8:00 AM sharp delivery.

This is a no-touch position, meaning the driver will not be responsible for loading or unloading the freight. After delivery, the driver will return the boxes to the VDC and then return the tractor to the shop.

• Delivery Time: 8:00 AM sharp

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A
• At least 9 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL A driving experience
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Ability to reliably meet strict delivery times
