$30 per hour plus overtime | Springfield, Missouri

About the Position

TransForce is seeking a reliable CDL A Flatbed Driver for a local driving opportunity in Springfield, Missouri. This position involves operating a day cab with an automatic transmission and hauling no-touch freight on a consistent Monday-through-Friday schedule. 

Pay & Schedule

• $30 per hour
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Estimated weekly gross pay: $1,300
• Monday - Friday, 7 AM dispatch

Job Details

• Average of 7–10 stops per day.
• Hauls raw steel, sheet metal, and similar materials.
• Equipment: 48-foot flatbed trailer and automatic day cab.

Key Responsibilities

• No-touch freight; Strap and secure loads daily.
• Re-secure loads throughout the day as needed.
• Tarp as needed and during winter months.
• Perform standard pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• 9+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
