CDL A Flatbed - Strapping Only - $30 Per Hour - $2,000 Sign-on Bonus

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Cranston, RI. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Details: 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:30am - 6am Start time, 10 hour days

• Pay:  $30 Per hour, $1,550 - $1,650 Estimated weekly pay, $2,000 Sign-on Bonus

• Route Type: Local deliveries to New England, 2-3 stops per day

• Freight / Load Type: Cement, bloc/pallet of bagged cement

• Equipment: Flatbed

• Handling: Strapping only, No tarping required

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A

• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: None

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 

• Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including strapping 

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
