CDL A Flatbed Driver – Local

Pay: $35 per hour plus overtime

Location: Eldridge, Iowa

About the Position

TransForce is seeking a reliable CDL A Flatbed Driver for a local, Monday-through-Friday position in Eldridge, Iowa. This role offers competitive hourly pay, consistent work, and no-touch freight operations. This driver will be transporting steel beams and bundles to multiple customers. 

Pay & Schedule

• $35 per hour plus overtime
• Estimated weekly gross pay: $1,400
• Monday through Friday schedule, 4:30 AM dispatch.
• 5 - 10 hour shifts.

Job Details

• Route type: Local and Regional, deliveries throughout Iowa and Illinois. 7 - 15 stops per day. 
• Equipment: Flatbed or Conestoga - chaining, strapping, and tarping are required.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 9+ months of recent and verifiable CDL driving experience, and at least 3 months of flatbed experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license.
