CDL A FLOATER Driver Needed - $1,400/Week + Benefits 
 
TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support FLOATER operations in Maryville, TN. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 
 
CDL A Driver Details
<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Schedule: The Floater driver will fill in on any routes that the client needs filled.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">They will be on standby to leave at a moment&apos;s notice if an emergency arises with our permanent drivers. 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">But 90% of the time we know at least a week in advance what routes we need to cover. This driver will also need to team. miles per week
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Pay: $1,400/week
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Route Type: OTR
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Freight / Load Type: Plastic material
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Handling: No-touch

CDL Driver Minimum Requirements:

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">License: CDL A 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Electronic logging device experience required
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL Driver Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Safely operate equipment on OTR, SOLO, TEAM, LOCAL, and REGIONAL routes
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Transport Automotive in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Meet the physical demands of the role
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Must be able to drive a Automatic or Manual Transmisson
