Class A Local Driver with Hazmat

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Local Delivery Driver to support local operations in Gastonia, NC. This position offers a weekly minimum guarantee of $1300.00 ++ with steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL A Driver Details

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday / Tuesday-Saturday, mainly nights.
Pay: $1300.00+ per week. 46 CPM, $30 stop pay.
Route Type: Home daily with possible 1-2 layovers weekly
Freight / Load Type: Auto Parts
Handling: Heavy touch - between 3 and 6 stops per shift.

CDL Driver Minimum Requirements:

License: CDL A
Hazmat Endorsement
Experience: 1+ year of recent and relevant CDL driving experience
Electronic logging device experience required
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
Able to operate a manual transmission preferred

CDL Driver Responsibilities:

Safely operate equipment on routes
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
Meet the physical demands of the role
