About the Position

Our client is looking for experienced Heavy Haul OTR Drivers for a full-time, year-round opportunity supporting a busy tank manufacturing operation. This role offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and consistent work for professional drivers committed to safety and reliability.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Average pay range is $75,000 - $80,000 annually
• Full-time, year-round position
• Schedule varies based on dispatch and route assignments
• Flexibility required to meet delivery timelines and operational needs
• Hours worked in compliance with DOT regulations

Job Details

• Route Type: Over-the-Road (OTR) Heavy Haul
• Freight: Oversized tanks and industrial equipment for the propane, ammonia, and industrial gas industries
• Coverage: Nationwide routes with potential overnight travel and layovers
• Responsibilities: Proper load securement and routine load inspections required

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial equipment and transport heavy haul freight
• Secure loads and perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance and follow all safety procedures
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and operations staff
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries

Minimum Requirements

• 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Must be 27 years of age or older
• Valid CDL with a clean driving record
• Heavy haul experience preferred
• Experience securing oversized or specialized loads
• Strong safety mindset and dependable work ethic
• Ability to perform physical duties related to load securement and inspections
