About the Position

Our client is seeking established CDL A team drivers for over-the-road routes based in Wichita, Texas. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, home-weekly opportunities, and the support of a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $31.63 per hour
• Annual compensation: $100,000 per year per driver, plus an annual safety bonus
• Schedule: Over-the-road with no set schedule
• Home time: Home weekly
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Employment type: Dedicated
• Start date: August 3, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate flatbed or dry van equipment on over-the-road routes.
• Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Experience operating flatbed or dry van equipment.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
