CDL A Port Driver - Fontana, CA - $29.00 Per Hour

TransForce is hiring experienced CDL A drivers for a local port driving position serving Southern California. This role is ideal for drivers with port experience who hold a valid TWIC card and are comfortable operating manual transmission equipment.

Pay & Schedule

$29.00 per hour
Overtime after 40 hours
Monday–Friday schedule
4:00 PM start time
Home daily

Key Responsibilities

Transport freight between ports, warehouses, distribution centers, and customer locations
Safely operate manual transmission tractor-trailers
Complete vehicle inspections and required paperwork
Adhere to all DOT, customer, and port regulations
Deliver excellent customer service

Minimum Requirements

2+ years of experience
Valid California Class A CDL
Valid TWIC Card
Manual transmission experience required
No automatic transmission restriction
No intrastate-only restriction
3–6 months of port experience required
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
