CDL A Reefer Driver

$30.00 Per Hour | Overtime After 40 Hours | Full-Time | Multiple Openings

TransForce is hiring experienced CDL A Reefer Drivers for a dedicated food service delivery operation serving correctional facilities throughout Arizona and Nevada. This is a great opportunity for drivers seeking steady weekday work, competitive pay, and consistent routes.

Pay & Schedule

• $30.00 per hour
• Overtime paid after 40 hours worked
• Monday - Friday
• Approximate start date: August 1

Position Details

• Deliver frozen, refrigerated, and dry food products
• Make approximately 4-5 stops per day
• Food service deliveries to state, county, and city correctional facilities
• Utilize electric pallet jacks to unload freight
• Drivers are responsible for moving product to the rear of the trailer, loading dock, or liftgate area for facility personnel
• Allow approximately one hour per stop for unloading and delivery procedures
• Maintain accurate paperwork and follow all safety procedures

Service Area

Routes service correctional facilities throughout:

• Arizona
• Nevada

Equipment

• Reefer trailers
• Combination of day cab and sleeper truck assignments
• Approximately 60% sleeper routes

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum of 2 years CDL A driving experience
• Reefer experience preferred
• Must be comfortable delivering to correctional facilities
• Must pass extensive background screening required for facility access
• Clean criminal background history dating back to age 18
• Ability to obtain required facility clearances
• Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
