About the Position

Our client is seeking CDL A drivers to support regional and over-the-road operations based in Palmdale. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, no-touch freight, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Activity-based pay with earning potential of up to $100,000 per year
• Equivalent mileage pay of $0.55–$0.65 per mile
• Approximately 2,000–3,000 paid miles per week
• Average daily pay of $216, including PTO, training, and qualifying events
• 40 hours per week
• Home weekly: approximately 5 days on the road and 2 days home
• Anticipated start date: May 11, 2026
• Short-term flexible employment opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL A tractor-trailer on regional and OTR routes
• Transport grocery freight to assigned delivery locations
• Operate sleeper equipment and refrigerated trailers
• Complete routes and deliveries according to schedule
• Follow all applicable safety, transportation, and operating procedures

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
