CDL A Regional Delivery Driver - $35/HR

CDL Class A Truck Driver | Harvard, IL | $35.00 per Hour

TransForce is hiring two CDL Class A drivers in Harvard, Illinois. Drivers will deliver hardware to stores on local or regional routes, with one to two layovers per week.

Pay & Schedule

• $35.00 per hour

• Five to six days per week, Sunday through Friday

• Typical shift: 5:00 AM–3:00 PM

• Dispatch times and route assignments may vary

• One to two layovers per week

Equipment & Freight

• Automatic day cab or sleeper cab, depending on the route

• Hardware deliveries to True Value stores

• Light-touch freight with driver-assist unloading using manual pallet jacks and/or liftgates

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on regional routes.

• Assist with unloading using manual pallet jacks and/or liftgates.

• Complete delivery paperwork accurately.

• Remain flexible with dispatch times, equipment assignments, and overnight travel.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least nine months of verifiable Class A driving experience

• Strong safety record and dependable work history

• Ability to handle light-touch freight and driver-assist unloading

• Availability for one to two layovers per week

• Hazmat endorsement preferred; required only for routes involving hazardous materials
