About the Position

Our client is seeking experienced Regional CDL A Tanker Drivers to haul chemical freight between facilities across a 250- to 500-mile radius. This direct-hire opportunity offers consistent weekday routes, modern automatic equipment, and home time throughout the week with weekends at home.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay: $0.77 per mile
• On-duty, non-driving pay: $33 per hour
• Per diem: $30 for nights out
• Typical earnings: $4,000–$5,000 biweekly
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Start time: 4:00 a.m.
• Hours per week: 40
• Some overnight trips required
• Home throughout the week and on weekends
• Anticipated start date: July 7, 2026

• Handling: Unload tanker using an air-compressed hose or pump
• Refrigerators available in trucks
• No pets or passengers permitted

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailer tanker equipment
• Transport chemical freight to various facilities, including government facilities
• Unload tankers using a pump or compressed-air hose
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate paperwork, reports, and required documentation
• Follow all applicable safety procedures and transportation regulations

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable tanker driving experience
• Valid Class A CDL with X endorsement
• Valid TWIC card
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
