CDL A Truck Driver - $26 Per Hour

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Indianapolis, IN. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Details 

• Schedule: 6 Day work week, 2,800 miles on average per week

• Pay:  $26 Per Hour + OT after 40 hours

• Route Type: Local, 1 layover per week

• Freight / Load Type: Live load/unload

• Equipment: Conestoga trailer

• Handling: No touch except for Strapping and Securing load

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A

• Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: None

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 

• Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including strapping and securing of loads

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
