CDL A Truck Driver - Nights - $24 Per Hour

CDL A Local Route Driver | $24/Hr | Chattanooga, TN

TransForce is seeking a CDL A  Local Route Driver to support local operations based in Chattanooga, TN. 

Job Details 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday- 9:30 pm start time 

• Pay: $24/hour

• Duties: Route Driver loading the trailer up, driving to our ATL depot, dropping carts off, reloading carts with sealed soiled linen and bringing them back to the Chattanooga facility and unloading

• Freight / Load Type: Linen

• Equipment: Tractor Trailer 

 Minimum Requirements:  

• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Strong disposition for positive customer service, strong verbal communication skills 

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years) 

• Will work in all types of weather conditions

 
Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate equipment

• Communication with the public

• Completion of all paperwork, reports, and other documentation

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
