CDL A Yard/Shuttle Driver - $32.00 Per Hour - Bolingbrook, Illinois

About the Position

We are seeking a dependable CDL Class A Yard/Shuttle Driver to support operations in Bolingbrook, IL. This position is ideal for a safety-focused driver who is comfortable with yard work, shuttle moves, and operating in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Pay & Schedule

• $32.00 per hour
• Monday - Friday, 2:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely shuttle trailers between the cross-dock and the distribution center.
• Move, spot, and stage trailers in the yard as directed.
• Operate equipment safely in tight yard and dock areas.
• Ensure trailers are properly positioned, secured, and ready for loading or unloading.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL yard/shuttle experience.
• Ability to work independently and follow site procedures.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years).
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
