About the Position

Our client is seeking a dependable CDL B Box Truck Driver for local delivery work in Carrollton, TX. This long-term flex opportunity involves operating a 26-foot box truck, delivering freight, and performing hands-on loading and unloading duties.

Pay & Schedule

• $24.75 per hour
• Estimated $1,000 per week
• 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday
• Second shift: 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
• Local delivery route
• On-site position

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, transfer, and deliver freight using a 26-foot box truck and other assigned equipment.
• Load and unload materials using material-handling equipment.
• Secure loads and confirm that freight remains within applicable weight limits.
• Complete daily logs, vehicle inspection records, mileage records, and shipping and unloading documentation.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure proper vehicle closure.
• Provide basic equipment maintenance and report malfunctions.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL B.
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Current DOT medical card.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to safely walk, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, kneel, and reach above your head.
